How it works

It’s super simple and easy to use!

Placing a new subscription:

1: Create an account
2: Select a subscription that best suits your lifestyle. Either an At Home or At work subscription type
3: Choose your blend type, frequency, grind setting and optional decaf add on (At Work subscription only)
4: Add to cart
6: Click Checkout
7: Got a coupon code? Don’t forget to add this in ‘Order Summary’ box in the top right corner
8: Complete checkout process

Orders are dispatched every Wednesday (depending on your frequency). Keep in mind you are unable to amend or cancel your first dispatch, so ensure you place your order when you’re ready to receive some delicious coffee!


What you can do:

This is a self-managed subscription service which means you are able to pause, amend or cancel at anytime, anywhere! You are also able to update your contact and delivery information by heading into the My Account section.


How long subscriptions run for:

Subscriptions are ongoing with no end date. You are able to pause or cancel at any time by heading into the My Account section.

 

Deliveries:

Our partnered Courier Service will provide an email stating an ETA of your coffee. Please allow 2-4 working days for metro areas and 7-10 working days regional.

All new subscription orders will be dispatched within 24 hours and all existing recurring orders will be charged Tuesday for dispatched every Wednesday (depending on your frequency).
